These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and betpkr ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betpkr platform at betpkr.lat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document. 3.1 Security. 3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login or real-money transaction for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. betpkr reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rs 500 per month to inactive account balances after this period, provided that reasonable notice has been sent to the Player's registered contact details. Accounts reduced to zero balance will be closed.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit to a betpkr account is Rs 100. betpkr does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — betpkr accepts no responsibility for third-party fees.

4.5 Source of Funds. By depositing on betpkr, you confirm that the funds used are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any unlawful activity. betpkr complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives offered by betpkr are governed by (a) these general Terms & Conditions and (b) the specific terms of the individual promotion as published at the time of the offer. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. 5.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets generally contribute 100% of the stake value. 5.5 Maximum Bonus Withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus winnings is capped at Rs 50,000 per bonus redemption. This cap does not apply to real-money deposits or winnings derived from a Player's own funds.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on betpkr are subject to acceptance at the Platform's discretion. betpkr reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet without providing a reason. Odds displayed on betpkr are not guaranteed until a bet is confirmed and a unique bet reference number is issued to the Player.
6.2 In-Play Betting. Live or in-play bets placed on betpkr during a match are accepted subject to the suspension or withdrawal of odds at the Platform's discretion. betpkr cannot guarantee continuous market availability during live events due to feed latency, data provider interruptions, or match incidents. Bets already accepted and confirmed before a market suspension will stand.
6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be voided by betpkr in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the applicable result is determined; the event does not take place within 24 hours of the scheduled start time; a technical error resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being published; or the bet was accepted after the relevant event had already concluded.
6.4 Cricket Betting. For PSL and international cricket markets, betpkr follows standard cricket betting rules. In the event of rain interruptions, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result shall be the official result for over/under and innings total markets. Match winner markets are settled on the official result of the match, including results obtained via DLS method.
6.5 Maximum Payout. The maximum payout on a single bet or accumulator on betpkr is Rs 10,000,000 (ten million Pakistani Rupees) unless a higher limit has been specifically agreed in writing for a Player's account.
7.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on betpkr are sourced from licensed, independently audited software providers. The outcome of each game round is determined independently and cannot be influenced by betpkr, the game provider, or the Player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betpkr and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the betpkr platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even where betpkr has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
12.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability. betpkr's total aggregate liability to any Player under these Terms, for any cause of action whatsoever, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to betpkr in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Accuracy of Information. betpkr endeavours to ensure that all information published on the platform is accurate but does not warrant its completeness or suitability for any particular purpose. Odds, statistics, and match data are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to delay or inaccuracy.
13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your betpkr account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable withdrawal fees and after satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
13.2 Termination by betpkr. betpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, including without limitation where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected or detected; regulatory requirements mandate account closure; or betpkr determines in good faith that continued operation of the account presents unacceptable risk.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account by betpkr for cause, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned at betpkr's discretion following a compliance review. Termination does not affect any legal rights or obligations that accrued prior to the termination date.
14.1 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and betpkr, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting betpkr's customer support team at [email protected]. betpkr will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and issue a substantive response within 10 business days.
14.2 Formal Complaint Process. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal written complaint via email to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint – [Your Account Username]". Include your account details, a clear description of the dispute, the resolution you are seeking, and any supporting documentation. betpkr will issue a final position within 28 days of receiving a complete formal complaint.
14.3 Binding Arbitration. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through betpkr's internal complaint process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international arbitration body specified in betpkr's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear their own costs unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.
14.4 Game Transaction Disputes. Disputes relating to the outcome of a specific game transaction or sports bet must be raised with betpkr within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction date. betpkr will not consider game disputes raised after this window has elapsed.
15.1 Right to Amend. betpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification to the Player's registered Pakistani mobile number and/or via a prominent notice on the betpkr platform, not less than 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
15.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the betpkr platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your betpkr account before the effective date of the changes.
